Preliminary Source list #1

The first few sources that I have come across have been an article from The Scientific American as well as a book from my own personal library.Gluten Free Girl has been extremely helpful in the organizing my thoughts for how I might want to organize my information for my audience. She has been helping me as someone who has been gluten free for the past 5 years.

Fasano, Alessio. "Surprise from Celiac Disease." Scientific American. August 2009: 54-61. Print.

Ahern, Shauna. Gluten Free Girl: How I Found Food That Loves Me Back. Hoboken, New Jersey: John Wiley & Sons Inc., 2007. Print.

I have my list in ProQuest that Blogger will not allow me to post through the blog. So I will attach the link to my ProQuest list hoping that it will work out. ProQuest research

I have a few sights saved from Google searches

This article comes from the Seattle Pi Living Well" Celiac Disease needs to be taken seriously
The National Digestive Disease Information Clearinghouse

there is bountiful research all over the internet and what I believe will be my biggest struggle will be finding the same information over and over and over again.

I am plan on speaking with my stepmother sometime this weekend. she is going to be a huge help to me in this process since she has been my nutritionist ever since she told me to stop eating Gluten.  She is going to be an incredible resource for me
